I ASPIRE TO INSPIRE.

Through my journey I've come to witness the power of my emotions, thoughts, and how they impact my life experience.

This realization led me to self analyze the beliefs and

behaviors I identified with being a woman and how I experienced menstruation. I witnessed the negative self-talk and lack of connection I had with my body and mind.

This dive inspired me to honor my moon time; empowering me to go inward, nurture my body, calm my mind and connect to my authentic self.

Today, my moon time is a space I look forward to crawling into - a time to slow down, retrieve into my healing cave,

release what doesn't serve me and bring clarity to the next steps in my journey. I'm in a constant state of appreciating, letting-go and renewing. This life changing experience inspired me to share my story with women with the intent of shifting the way we experience, understand and speak about our moon time.

Every woman I know remembers her first bleed, my mission is to make it a memorable, empowering experience.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to inspire others to honor their natural cycles, Mother Nature, and their dreams. Together, we can change the world - flowing from one moon time to the next.
